Day 1: Product Introduction, Troubleshooting & Log Analysis Focus: Getting familiar with the P150 Max, understanding warranties, and mastering flight logs.

- Hands-on drone familiarity.
- 10:00 – 11:00 | Warranty Policy & Process
- Warranty workflow, common mistakes.
- 11:00 – 13:00 | XAG After-sales Tools + Complex Troubleshooting SOP
- XCare, detection tools, PRM, troubleshooting mindset.
- 13:00 – 14:00 | Lunch Break
- 14:00 – 15:30 | Flight Log Analysis & Failure Cases
- Focusing strictly on the most critical crash cases and log templates.
- 15:30 – 17:30 | Group Log Analysis Practice
- Top 8-10 most common or complex log cases.
- 17:30 – 18:30 | Sharing Session & Day 1 Wrap-up
- Relaxed, real-world operational experience sharing session.
Day 2: Hardware Maintenance, Advanced Repair & Certification Focus: Hands-on mechanics, disassembly, repair, and graduation.
- 08:30 – 11:30 | System Principles, Disassembly & Maintenance
- System overview, disassembly rules, torque requirements, daily/special maintenance.
- 11:30 – 12:30 | Lunch Break
- 12:30 – 15:30 | Advanced Repair Practice
- Focus heavily on hands-on motor practice, three-phase wires, and sensing systems.
- 15:30 – 16:30 | Final Review & Overflow Practical Time
- A 1-hour buffer block to ensure everyone has mastered the physical repairs or to ask final troubleshooting questions.
- 16:30 – 17:00 | Training Summary & Certificate Issuance
- Award P150 Max Training Certificates to all participants.
