This event is for our new and returning XAG DEALERS to get their 2026 certification for XAG products.


  

Schedule at a glance: 

Day 1: Product Introduction, Troubleshooting & Log Analysis Focus: Getting familiar with the P150 Max, understanding warranties, and mastering flight logs.

  • 08:30 – 10:00 | P150 Max Introduction and Safety Instructions 
    • Hands-on drone familiarity.
  • 10:00 – 11:00 | Warranty Policy & Process 
    • Warranty workflow, common mistakes.
  • 11:00 – 13:00 | XAG After-sales Tools + Complex Troubleshooting SOP 
    • XCare, detection tools, PRM, troubleshooting mindset.
  • 13:00 – 14:00 | Lunch Break
  • 14:00 – 15:30 | Flight Log Analysis & Failure Cases 
    • Focusing strictly on the most critical crash cases and log templates.
  • 15:30 – 17:30 | Group Log Analysis Practice 
    •  Top 8-10 most common or complex log cases.
  • 17:30 – 18:30 | Sharing Session & Day 1 Wrap-up
    •  Relaxed, real-world operational experience sharing session.



Day 2: Hardware Maintenance, Advanced Repair & Certification Focus: Hands-on mechanics, disassembly, repair, and graduation.

  • 08:30 – 11:30 | System Principles, Disassembly & Maintenance 
    • System overview, disassembly rules, torque requirements, daily/special maintenance.
  • 11:30 – 12:30 | Lunch Break
  • 12:30 – 15:30 | Advanced Repair Practice 
    • Focus heavily on hands-on motor practice, three-phase wires, and sensing systems.
  • 15:30 – 16:30 | Final Review & Overflow Practical Time
    • A 1-hour buffer block to ensure everyone has mastered the physical repairs or to ask final troubleshooting questions.
  • 16:30 – 17:00 | Training Summary & Certificate Issuance
    • Award P150 Max Training Certificates to all participants.
