Nathan is a 5th-generation farmer with a civil engineering degree specializing in GIS. He has worked in the drone industry for 15 years, helping international companies like senseFly, Parrot, Pix4D, and XAG developed integrated drone solutions for agriculture. He runs Airstrike Ag and his family farms with the help of his wife, Sheila, and their seven children.

Joe was raised on a farm south of Fort Dodge and began his professional journey at NEW Cooperative after graduating from Iowa State University. During his seven-year tenure there, he served as an Agronomy Sales Specialist, where he managed the sales of seed, chemicals, fertilizer, and application services. Joe eventually transitioned back to his roots to support the family farm. To complement his farming operation, he leveraged his passion for sales to become a Realtor and built a business buying and selling rental properties in the Fort Dodge area. His entry into drone technology began with purchasing a system for his own crops and performing custom applications, which eventually led him to join the Airstrike Ag team. Now, he enjoys engaging with growers to discuss innovative application practices, advanced products, and drone solutions.

Jenna grew up on a corn and soybean farm near Gowrie, Iowa, and is planning to take over the 6th-generation farm someday. She graduated from Iowa State University with an Agricultural Studies degree focusing on agronomy, animal ecology, and environmental science. Before joining Airstrike Ag (where she handles drone repairs, inventory, shipping, and daily operations), she gained experience through internships at Bayer Crop Science and with Iowa State's soybean research program.

Troy, grew up in an agricultural community in NW Ohio. He brings 29 years of experience in the agriculture industry, specializing in seed production, chemical manufacturing, new product compliance, and grower relations. Additionally, he held a professional certification as a licensed applicator in the state of Nebraska. His diverse crop background includes soy, corn, canola, sorghum, cotton, sugar beets, watermelon, zucchini, and potatoes. He has extensive experience in B2B development and contract growing.

Daniel brings a strong foundation of hand-on agricultural knowledge, with 9 years of experience on a corn and soybean farming operation. He has spent 3 years specializing in custom drone application, operating the XAG P100 Pro and XAG P150 to spray over 14,000 acres. This experience led him to drone sales and service with Tenacity Ag ad ultimately to founding Mountain View Ag. Driven by his faith and commitment to family, Daniel combines his agricultural expertise with a passion for new technology to serve clients effectively.

I was raised in Eagle Grove and earned my Bachelor’s in Business Management from Buena Vista University. The majority of my career has been dedicated to the accounting sector within both the agricultural and financial services industries, where I gained extensive experience working with organizations like Land O’ Lakes and Edward Jones. After spending 23 years in Manning raising my two daughters, I returned to the Fort Dodge area and currently reside on an acreage near Moorland with my partner, who is a farmer. My introduction to Airstrike Ag began when our farm purchased its first drone last year, and I have since officially joined the Airstrike Ag team.

Cater grew up in Gowrie and moved to an acreage near Moorland. He holds a degree in Securing Information Technology (SIT/Cyber Security) from Iowa Central Community College. Carter joined Airstrike Ag as an intern last year, where he quickly developed experience with agriculture and advancement technology, including drone systems. He has a strong interest in technology and enjoys troubleshooting systems and problem-solving in the rapidly evolving tech world.

Britt, grew up in an agricultural community in SE Missouri, has 35 years of experience in the industry. He focuses on seed production, chemical and seed research, new product development, and relationship management. Additionally, he held a professional certification as a licensed applicator in the state of Missouri. He has a diverse crop background including cotton, soy, rice, corn, canola, grain sorghum, and turf, along with experience in seed manufacturing plant expansion and weed control research with the University of Missouri.

Raised on a grain and cattle farm in central Arkansas, Jim brings 44 years of involvement in family farming and the broader agricultural industry. A graduate from Arkansas State University, he started his professional career with the University of Arkansas Extension Service. His experience is vast, ranging from assisting with the first global GMO product launch (RR1 soybeans in 1984) to leading large-scale global seed operations and quality divisions for major agricultural leaders. He specializes in commercialization, stewardship, supply chain management of row-crop technologies across multiple countries, and remains connected to the family farming community through organizations like FFA, 4-H, and Alpha Gamma Rho.
