Job Overview

Airstrike Ag is a specialized agricultural technology company that bridges the gap between traditional farming and advanced drone technology. We focus on sales, training, and precision drone services using industry-leading brands like XAG and DJI.

We are building the next generation of service and support for the drone industry and redefining the standard of what it means to be "Mission Ready." We are looking for 3-4 high-caliber Regional Managers to lead our expansion. In this role, you aren’t just a salesperson—you are a strategic architect of our support network. Your mission is to identify, empower, and manage a network of dealers and repair centers in key agricultural hubs, ensuring our drone operators receive exceptional service and zero downtime.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Enablement & Network Strategy

  • Exceptional Support: Cultivate a premium network of dealers and repair centers. You are responsible for ensuring these partners are equipped to provide the "Airstrike Standard" of service.
  • On-Site Partnership: Conduct regular site visits to provide hands-on training, assist with orders, and ensure dealers have the technical resources required to keep operators in the air.
  • Data-Driven Growth: Utilize our Odoo CRM to manage your pipeline, track dealer performance, and ensure every interaction is documented for maximum efficiency.

2. Technical Mastery & Innovation 

  • XAG Expert: Master the XAG system inside and out. Airstrike provides the tools and training, but you are required to keep learning, testing, and operating the vehicle for demonstrations and technical help.
  • Flight Demos: Be the face of the technology. You will regularly operate UAS for demonstrations and provide high-level technical assistance to your dealers and their clients.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay at the forefront of the industry by constantly refining your knowledge of UAS hardware and software updates.

3. Seasonal Collaboration & Mission Support

  • In-Season Commitment: Agriculture is a seasonal business with critical windows. You will be expected to be highly active and available in the field during the growing season to support, train, and visit your dealers when they need it most.
  • The Debrief: Provide regular field intel to the leadership team regarding market trends, competitor pricing, and dealer performance.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ag Pedigree: A background in Agriculture is a must. You must be comfortable speaking the language of the grower and the retailer.
  • Agronomic Knowledge: Familiarity with chemical spraying, fertilizing, and general agronomic principles is highly preferred.
  • Certification: Must hold a valid FAA Part 107 (Remote Pilot) certificate.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems (Odoo preferred) to manage a regional territory.
  • Mobility: Reliable transportation is required for frequent regional travel (Mileage is fully reimbursed).
  • Experience: 5+ years in Dealer Management, Ag-Equipment Sales, or Precision Ag.
