To our valued customers, partners, and the American agricultural community:
We are proud to announce that as of February 17, 2026, the XAG P150 Max is fully compliant and officially included on the FAA's List of Approved Unmanned Aircraft Systems under Section 44807. In light of the recent National Security Determination on the Threat Posed by Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (UAS) and UAS Critical Components Produced in Foreign Countries (issued December 21, 2025), Airstrike Ag and XAG are issuing this joint statement to address the regulatory landscape. We want to firmly reassure you of our unwavering commitment to regulatory compliance, national security, and your data sovereignty.
Airstrike Ag takes the security of U.S. airspace and the integrity of our agricultural infrastructure seriously. As the manufacturer, XAG has proactively ensured that the XAG P150 Max and its ecosystem of critical components meet the rigorous standards required for continued operation within the United States.
Hardware Certification & FCC Compliance
The XAG P150 Max (Model: 3WWDZ-60H) and its modular systems possess all necessary equipment authorizations and supplier declarations of conformity required by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
The platform was certified compliant under FCC 47 CFR Part 15 Subpart B and ICES-003 Issue 7 standards following testing performed by UL Solutions on August 28, 2025. Documentation on file verifies compliance for the following critical components:
P150 Max Aircraft Components

FAA Operational Compliance & Safety
Airstrike Ag and XAG are dedicated to full integration into the National Airspace System (NAS) and strict adherence to all federal aviation safety standards.
- Section 44807 Approved: As of February 17, 2026, the XAG P150 Max has been officially added to the List of Approved Unmanned Aircraft Systems under Section 44807. This successfully concludes our comprehensive safety and technical review with the FAA, granting the commercial operating authority required for our customers to fly with confidence.
- Remote ID Compliance: The XAG P150 Max fully complies with the FAA's Remote Identification rule, ensuring it properly broadcasts identification and location information (14 CFR Part 89). The platform holds an accepted FAA UAS Declaration of Compliance (Tracking #: RID000002602).
Data Privacy & US-Based Hosting
We believe you should have absolute authority over your agricultural data. To guarantee the highest level of security and compliance, XAG completed a major infrastructure migration in late 2023.
All U.S. flight and operational data is now hosted on a dedicated, US-based server environment via Amazon Web Services (AWS). This localized infrastructure, accessible at nf-us.xa.com, ensures your data remains firmly within the United States, governed exclusively by U.S. data sovereignty laws, and protected by industry-leading cloud security protocols.
Operational Security & Connectivity Options
Different missions require different levels of security. The XAG One app is designed to provide operators with flexible connectivity options that prioritize security without sacrificing performance.
- Network Independence: While our drones are 4G LTE capable for enhanced RTK corrections and fleet management, this connectivity is completely optional. You can utilize commercial 4G LTE SIM cards offered by Airstrike Ag, or provide your own approved SIM.
- Data Isolation (Air-Gapping): Operators can utilize the Direct Link mode (RCN) to establish a closed-loop connection directly between the aircraft and the remote controller. By enabling RCN and adjusting permissions in the XAG One app, you can completely bypass 4G LTE communications. This effectively "air-gaps" your operation from the wider internet during flight, keeping telemetry and mission data strictly local to your device until you choose to sync.
Our Ongoing Commitment
Airstrike Ag is actively monitoring the evolving regulatory landscape. We are in direct communication with our technology partners to ensure any necessary determinations from the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security are addressed promptly. We remain fiercely dedicated to providing American farmers with the most advanced, secure, and compliant agricultural technology available.
